Introduction

Welcome to H3Art's Privacy Policy. This document explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our AI image & video generation services. We are committed to safeguarding your data while delivering a seamless creative experience.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, and contact details you provide when registering or contacting us.
• Payment Information: Billing details when you purchase credits or subscribe to plans. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.
• Usage Data: How you interact with our site and tools (pages visited, features used, time spent).
• Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and similar technical data.
• Analytics Identifiers: Pseudonymous browser and session identifiers generated by analytics technologies, together with our internal account identifier when you are signed in.
• Transaction Analytics: Registration method and confirmed purchase information such as an internal transaction ID, product or plan, purchase value, and currency.
• User Content: Images and videos you upload for processing (e.g., editing, enhancement, generation, or transcoding).
• Generated Content: Images and videos created by our AI systems from your prompts or uploads.
• Media Metadata: Technical metadata for media processing, such as duration, resolution, frame rate, transcoding status, and error codes (non‑sensitive operational data).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate our AI image & video services
• Process and manage purchases, credits, and subscriptions
• Communicate important service updates and notices
• Provide customer support
• Monitor usage, ensure safety, and prevent abuse
• Detect, prevent, and fix technical issues
• Measure traffic sources, registrations, purchases, and product usage
• Improve product quality and reliability using aggregated and pseudonymous analytics (not model training)

Model Training and Analytics

• Model Training: We do not use your content to train machine learning models. Our services are powered by third‑party commercial APIs.
• Content Moderation: We automatically scan prompts and generated media to enforce our content policies and prevent misuse.
• Usage Analytics: We analyze feature usage, traffic sources, registrations, purchases, and performance to improve reliability and user experience. Analytics data may be pseudonymous and linked to an internal account identifier; it is not necessarily anonymous.

Google Analytics and Server-Side Event Measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use H3Art and to measure important product events. GA4 may use first-party cookies and similar technologies to create a pseudonymous client identifier and session identifier. Google may also derive technical information such as approximate location and device characteristics from browser interactions.

For important events that are confirmed by our systems, we also use the Google Analytics Measurement Protocol to send events directly from our servers:

• Registration: When a new account is successfully created, we may send a sign_up event containing the registration method, our internal user identifier, and available GA4 client/session identifiers.
• Login: When a session is successfully created through email sign-in, Google OAuth, or Google One Tap, we may send a login event containing the login method, our internal user identifier, and available GA4 client/session identifiers. Social registration may therefore produce a login event after sign_up when the new account is automatically signed in; email registration and email verification do not produce this event unless the user separately signs in.
• Purchase: After a payment provider confirms a transaction and we record it, we may send a purchase event containing our internal transaction identifier, product or plan identifier, purchase value, currency, and our internal user identifier, together with available GA4 client/session identifiers.

To preserve attribution between checkout and payment confirmation, limited pseudonymous analytics identifiers may be attached to checkout metadata sent to supported payment providers and returned to us with the payment confirmation. We do not send your name, email address, prompts, uploaded or generated media, or complete payment card details to GA4 as part of these events.

Measurement Protocol requests that pass our analytics opt-out controls explicitly indicate that advertising user data and ad personalization consent are granted. Our current site configuration loads analytics by default and does not currently display an in-product cookie consent dialog. You can limit this collection by blocking or deleting analytics cookies in your browser. If we enable an in-product consent control in the future, an explicit decline will prevent subsequent browser analytics and associated server-side GA4 events from being sent from that browser.

Analytics identifiers are pseudonymous rather than directly identifying, but they may be associated with your H3Art account and with other information held by Google. Google processes this information under the Google Privacy Policy. Depending on your location, analytics data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence.

Credits and Subscription Data

• Credits System: We track your credit balance and usage history for billing accuracy and support.
• Subscription Information: We maintain subscription status, plan details, and payment history.
• Usage Limits: We monitor usage to enforce fair use and prevent abuse.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information and generated content from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption, access controls, and periodic security reviews.

User Content Rights

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the media you generate using our services, subject to our Terms of Service.
• Storage Period: We store uploaded and generated media for a limited period to enable regeneration, editing, and delivery. You can request deletion at any time by contacting support@minimax-h3.art.
• Content Licenses: Commercial usage rights are granted for generated media as specified in our Terms of Service.

Third‑Party Services

We work with third parties solely to provide our services, including:

• Payment processors such as Stripe, Creem, and PayPal for transactions and subscriptions when the relevant provider is available
• Customer portals for payment method management and customer information updates
• Cloud storage for media and assets
• Video processing/transcoding and CDN providers for delivery at scale
• Google Analytics and other configured analytics providers for traffic, usage, registration, and purchase measurement
• AI infrastructure providers that power image and video generation

These partners access only what is necessary to perform their tasks and must protect your information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on this page and, where appropriate, by email.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Free accounts: media retained for 7 days
• Pro accounts: media retained for 30 days
• The same retention applies to thumbnails, transcoded artifacts, and related operational logs
• You may request deletion of your account and data at any time via support@minimax-h3.art
• After account deletion, we may retain limited information for legal or operational reasons for a limited period

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:

• Access, correction, and deletion
• Restriction or objection to processing
• Data portability
• Withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent

You can also block or delete analytics cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may reduce our ability to associate registrations or purchases with the visit or campaign that led to them, but it does not prevent you from creating an account or completing a purchase.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
