This Cookie Policy explains how H3Art uses cookies and similar technologies on our AI image and video generation platform. Our current site configuration does not display an in-product cookie consent dialog. Analytics technologies are loaded by default unless they are blocked by your browser or another privacy control.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function properly and provide insights to improve user experience.
We use cookies to:
- Essential Functions: Enable core website functionality, user authentication, and security
- Analytics & Performance: Understand how users interact with our AI tools and optimize service performance
- User Experience: Remember your preferences, language settings, and account information
- AI Service Optimization: Analyze service and feature performance to improve reliability and usability; we do not use this analytics data to train AI models
- Session Management: Maintain your login status and account access
- Security: Protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Payment Processing: Secure handling of credit purchases and subscription management
- Google Analytics: Track website usage, popular features, and user journey analysis
- Microsoft Clarity: Monitor user interactions to improve website usability
- Service Performance: Monitor AI tool performance and system stability
- User Preferences: Remember your language, theme, and interface settings
Our website uses the following third-party services that may set cookies:
- Cloudflare: Content delivery, security, and performance optimization
- Google Analytics: Website analytics and user behavior insights
- Microsoft Clarity: User experience analysis and heatmap tracking
- Stripe, Creem, or PayPal: Secure payment processing for credits and subscriptions when the relevant provider is available
These services operate under their own privacy policies and cookie practices.
Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and stream-specific session cookies. These cookies provide pseudonymous client and session identifiers used to measure visits, traffic sources, registrations, logins, and purchases.
For registrations, successful logins, and confirmed purchases, H3Art may send corresponding server-side events to Google Analytics using available client and session identifiers. Limited analytics identifiers may also be included in payment checkout metadata so a confirmed purchase can be associated with the originating visit. For more detail about the event data involved, see our Privacy Policy.
- Current behavior: The site currently loads analytics by default and does not display an in-product consent dialog.
- Browser controls: You can block or delete analytics cookies using your browser settings or compatible privacy tools. Blocking these cookies limits associated browser analytics and server-side GA4 events that require a GA client identifier.
- Future in-product controls: If H3Art enables an in-product consent control, an explicit decline will prevent subsequent analytics collection from that browser.
- Essential cookies: Blocking essential cookies may affect account access, security, preferences, and payment processing.
Deleting cookies does not delete information that has already been collected. You may contact us to exercise applicable privacy rights described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update this Cookie Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through website notifications or email where appropriate.
If you have questions about this Cookie Policy or our data practices, please contact us at support@minimax-h3.art or through our contact page.
